When you ask for an appointment or send us a message, that is usually your name, your phone number, your email, and a short note about the reason for your visit, so we know how to help and how to reach you back. When you become a patient, our office also keeps the records that go with your care. And like most websites, this site records some standard technical information about your visit, which we describe under cookies and website analytics below.

How we use it

We use your information to do the things you came here for: to schedule your visit, to provide and follow up on your eye care, and to keep this website working and easy to use. We do not sell your information, and we do not trade it to anyone to market to you. If we ever need to share something to actually provide your care, we do it only for that purpose.

Health information and HIPAA

Your medical records and the health information tied to your care are protected health information, and they are handled under the separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that governs the records at our office, not by this website policy. This page is about the website.
