Highly recommended- Dr Hyder has been my eye doctor for almost 40 years. Now, both my kids see him as well. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He gives you the time you deserve and never rushes the appointment.
He is very thorough and double checks and triple checks to make sure you get exactly what you need. His staff has always been amazing. They have had so much patience with me and my kids when trying to pick out glasses to make sure we get exactly what we need. I have never had any problems here- and if I ever do, I am 100% confident that Dr Hyder and his staff would do everything they can to make it right.

My experience at Eye Trends has always been exceptional. Dr. Hyder is the best! He’s personable and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. He’s thorough and knows his stuff and he will clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have.
I’ve always been seen at my scheduled time and have never had to wait. The office has what is likely the best selection of eyeglass frames and sunglasses in the area and the prices are reasonable. They schedule Saturday appointments which is a plus, but the office is closed on Wednesdays. The current staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I’m confident you will have a pleasant experience here and will get top-notch quality care.

Dr. Hyder and his staff are very nice and know there jobs well. Though not much can be said about the shipping times or their regards on call backs. So in all great clinic but don't expect your items to come on time or for the staff to return your calls.

Dr. Hyder is the most professional, thorough, and patient eye doctor I have ever seen. Additionally, he is excellent with children. He is the one doctor my kids look forward to seeing. The designer eyeglass frames that are sold in his office are quite expensive even with insurance help.
However, his office doesn't dictate the prices I suspect (that's probably a vendor issue). The staff know that the prices are unaffordable to many and readily offer to help fill lens orders for frames that are not purchased from their office. This is refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hyder for your eye care needs. He's been my eye doctor for more than 20 years now.

Well, commitment and persistence to make things right are hallmarks of this place. Rachel was an immediate friend and she also knows her stuff. I had total confidence in her. She found the best frames I've ever had; she also makes the adjustments to fit, and the experience is just plain enjoyable and personable.
Never rushed, I always felt like I was the only patient. Dr. Jerry gave me a full exam to figure out my eye needs (which are complicated due to multiple surgeries). Part 2: the important part: the glasses arrived and simply were not working for me. I hesitated bringing them back and thought I would just not be able to use them. I was going to put back the clear lenses, but Dr. Jerry and Rachel would not give up. They tweaked and analyzed and calculated, and voila! they are fantastic now! I got personal service and quality that would never have happened at one of the mass appeal stores.

Dr. Hyder and his staff are awesome. They took my Insurance and the selection of glasses and contacts is mind-blowing. For a single-doctor practice it's on par with any other franchised vision store you can think of. Once you work with him, you wont look back.

Not impressed so far. I ordered glasses for myself and they filed them under my husbands name. They said they would correct it. I was quoted two prices then ended up paying $100 more than the last price quoted and approved.
I didn't have a problem with paying them the extra money but they haven't produced a receipt with the breakdown after requesting it twice. I only want to make sure insurance was paid correctly according to my plan. I gave them two stars for the glasses as they are cute and I can, well, see. I will update review if the problems are resolved.
